AT&T Mobile Backup is an application that runs on your phone. After completing setup, the application is set to automatically back up your contacts to a secure server on a weekly basis.
If you prefer a different backup schedule, you can choose a daily backup, or you can back up anytime you want by selecting the Backup button on the main screen of the application.

From the mobilebackup.att.com website you can easily view, manage, add, edit, delete and import contacts. Pressing the 'Update Now' button on the website will send any contact information updates wirelessly to your mobile phone's address book.
