AT&T Mobile Backup is set to automatically back up your contacts once a week. However, you can change your Auto-backup settings by selecting Setup -> Auto-backup Details from the main menu.
Manual Backup
AT&T Mobile Backup also allows you to perform an immediate backup from your phone at any time. To do so, launch the application and select the Backup button from the main menu.
